Tickets/Tables

All guests must be 18 and older to register and purchase a ticket by March 4th. With your online ticket purchase, you will be asked for a party name, this will be who you want to sit with that evening so make sure your party all chooses the same name. Party name is created by the first member of the party to purchase a ticket, so make sure to share it with your friends and family. Admission Tickets and table assignments will be available for pick up:

Thursday, March 7th 06:30 - 09:00 PM

Doors open at 05:30 PM.

Raffle tickets

Raffle Tickets will be available to purchase ONLY at the event.

We have a few hundred basket raffles at 4 different levels (General, Sweeps, Grand & Luxury). Those basket raffles are all drawn that night. We will also have a 50/50 raffle held throughout the evening as well as the drawings for our Tuition Raffle. ***50/50 tickets and Wine Pull are CASH ONLY.***

Which tickets go with which prizes?

To avoid confusion, we have color coded everything. Tablecloth, bow and sign on the ticket box all match the ticket colors. White, Red, Yellow, Orange and Purple.

Dress Code

Guests dress at all levels. There are no rules except that shoes and shirt are required, so jeans and evening gowns are all fine. Western wear and Cowboy boots are strongly encouraged.

What is new or different This year?

For starters, we have moved to a hybrid online platform with ticket sales.

We have also implemented the Party name system for table reservations, there is no longer the need to arrive hours before to stand in line to save seats. Your time is precious.

Will you have food and beverages for sale?

Yes, our kitchen will be open. We plan to offer pizza and pasta as well as snacks and desserts. Soda, water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate will also be available to purchase

Can I still BYOB?

Absolutely. We do encourage you to drink responsibility.

Can I bring in my own food?

Yes. We will also have Pizza, Pasta and snacks available for purchase with soft drinks, coffee and tea.

Do I have to wear a mask?

That is entirely up to you. This is an adult only event as attendees must be 18 years and up.

A member of my party needs handicap access.
