Thank you for registering your child in our parish Faith Formation Program!
Please remember that each child must complete the registration in the Religious Education Program or Confirmation Program in order to be admitted into their first class session. Have these documents ready in order to make it a smooth process:
- For the Religious Education Program (Grades 1-8): Baptismal Certificate
- For the Confirmation Program (Grades 9-10): Baptismal Certificate and First Communion Certificate
- If your child was enrolled in the Religious Education Program at another parish previously, have the copy of their certificate/letter of completion.
For all students: The fee will be collected as the final step in the registration process. (A sacrament fee is included for students in the second year of sacramental preparation for First Communion and Confirmation.)
