Healing Hands of Salvation
The light blue hands marked with the wounds of the crucifixion bless us with the healing truth that through Christ God has infinite compassion on our human need for reconciliation and healing. We are graced, comforted and inspired to be love in action because, “God’s power at work in us can accomplish far more than we could ever hope for or imagine.” (Eph.3:20)
Our experience of the world health crisis of 2020 is commemorated in the etching of the words, “Pray as You Stay.” The expression reminds us that even when we need to follow social distancing we are always spiritually connected and intimately bound to God and one another in prayer.
